Membership Policy
Welcome! Thank you for becoming a member of our studio.
You should have received a Yoga @ Cindy’s membership key chain tag if you purchased any membership other than a drop-in. You will need it to scan yourself in every time you come to class. There is a $3 fee if you lose it more than twice.
All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
***Effective 04/01/10. You can hold/freeze your Autopay Membership ONLY for 1 month. Maximum of 3 months may be held in a 12 month period. There will be a $5 admin fee for each 1 month hold. Please note that a hold is for 1 entire month. If you return early, then you must either pay for a drop-in or purchase a class card membership to use. You cannot unfreeze your membership before the month is over!***
***Effective 04/01/10. If you would like to cancel or hold/freeze your Autopay Membership, you are required to submit your request by email to Yoga @ Cindy's 30 days prior to cancellation/hold date. No exceptions!***
Class Card Membership:
The 15, 35, or 60 class cards NEVER expire! Our records are always up to date so the computer will tell you how many classes you have left on your package. If our records do not match yours, please email us.
Autopay Membership:
Our Monthly Autopay Membership is an easy, convenient and affordable way for you to make that commitment to a daily practice. Unlike other yoga studios there is no contract, or minimum number of months that you have to commit to the Autopay Membership. It’s simple – your credit card will be charged the same amount every 1st of the month (the month you sign up is prorated). If you need to cancel your Autopay Membership simply email us AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR to your next scheduled Autopay date. As long as your Autopay Membership is continuous, your rate is locked in regardless if the price of the Autopay Membership increases!

Q: IT'S MY FIRST TIME TO THE STUDIO. WHAT MEMBERSHIP SHOULD I PURCHASE?
A: The 10 Day Intro Challenge for $20. Take yoga for 10 consecutive days, realize the many benefits of yoga with a consistent practice (at least 2-3x per week) and be amazed by what you can do. This is a great way to try out each of our 10+ professional, knowledgeable instructors and experience a yoga studio that is clean, friendly and attitude free to its core.
Q: I’M GOING ON VACATION. CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
A: Yes. Only the monthly Autopay Membership can be held/frozen. There are no holds/freezes on any of our other memberships and Class Cards. Please plan your vacations accordingly.
Q: I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS. CAN I RETROACTIVELY FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP? CAN I USE THE MEMBERSHIP FEE FROM THOSE TWO MONTHS THAT I DIDN’T ATTEND CLASS TOWARDS FUTURE PAYMENTS?
A: No. Once your autorenew purchase has processed, it CAN NOT be refunded or credited to future use.
Q: THE CREDIT CARD I HAD GIVEN YOU EXPIRED 2 MONTHS AGO…WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO MY ACCOUNT NOW?
A: Your account is now Unpaid. Please provide us with a new Visa or MasterCard ASAP. Your account will be charged for the 2 months that you missed and you are responsible for paying a $5 declined credit card fee for each month that was declined. It is your responsibility to keep your account info up to date!
Q: I’VE BEEN REALLY BUSY AND HAVEN’T BEEN TO CLASS IN MONTHS….CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP TODAY AND BE REFUNDED FOR THE UNUSED MONTHS OR USE THE UNUSED MONTHS AS A CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE PURCHASE?
A: No. It is your responsibility to freeze or cancel your membership AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR to your autopay date.
Q: TODAY IS MY AUTOPAY DATE. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP TODAY?
A: No. It is your responsibility to cancel your Autopay Membership by emailing us AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR to your next scheduled autopay date.
