When you practice at our studios don’t worry about having to fight for enough mat space, or practice with someone else’s sweat dripping on your mat. We limit our class size to 30 max. This will ensure that everyone receives quality instruction from the instructor. Quality not quantity is important to us.

Whether you live or work in Silicon Valley, our studio is located minutes from main commuting freeways - 101, 280, 85. Your membership is good for ANY of the classes we offer. If finding 1.5 hours to squeeze in a little “me” time is impossible, we also have 60 minute classes perfect for that lunch hour
